My latest cosplay--Catherine from Catherine: Love is Over!!

I had a Vincent and a Katherine with me and we all premiered our cosplays at MTAC 2014 They were so much fun to cosplay! My Catherine outfit was made from a white corset I bought offline and a white skirt I found at the thrift store. The wig, however, was entirely styled and made by me.

I sandwhiched two pieces of wire between packing tape and wrapped the tape/wire around a cone base. I then glued wefts of hair to the wire and hair sprayed the crap outta it. I then painted the inside since it was too stiff to add more hair to. The spirals were then sewed into the wig because they were too heavy to be hooked onto. I had to cut and style the base wig myself.
